Inline spinner buzzbait

Hybrid of a buzzbait and an inline spinnerbait. Has a size 2/0 hook with a 3/16oz weight. Moves through the water very easy and makes a lot of action on top of the water.

Orange inline spinner

Black lure body with 2 6mm soft glow beads on each side of a #3 colorado blade. Size 8 treble hook.

Inline spinner

First inline spinner. Size 8 treble hook with a #3 indiana blade.

First buzzbait

Very excited about this one. It is a 1/4oz weighted, size 4/0 hook buzzbait. Great for top water fishing.

Size 4/0 hook

Largest spinnerbait I've made to date. This has a size 4/0 hook with 1/4oz weight. Blades are a #5 colorado and a #6 willow. This will work great for big size walleye and pike. The bigger the spinnerbait the bigger the fish.

Black and White lure

Black and White lure with a 2/0 size hook.  Skirt has glitter in it to show off the sun when in the water. Blades are both a size 3 indiana and colorado.

1/4oz weight with black and yellow skirt

Brown & yellow

2/0 size hook with a brown and yellow shirt. Spacer beads are 2 soft glow in the dark.

White weighted head

Spinner bait has a 2/0 hook with a speckled blue and white skirt. Also has a size 3 Colorado blade and a size four willow blade.

Blue green skirt

$4 each

2/0 hook with a size #3 colorado blade and a #4 willow blade.  

Red spinnerbait

This was a good challenge to make. Skirt is a multi color. Red, black and yellow. Went with the double blade to bring more flash in the water.

Brown spinnerbait

Brown and orange skirt. Has a brown powder coat weight for head. Size 4 Colorado blade on end with a handmade secondary blade.

Broncos colors

Blue and orange skirt with a powder coated blue weighted head. Size 3 Colorado spoon.

Black weight black/white shirt

Enjoyed making this one. It has a 2/0 hook with  the 1/4oz black weighted head.  Put a small pink bead above the weight and then used a larger spacer for between the blades.

White weight green/white shirt

Green and white shirt with white 1/4oz weight.  3/0 hook and a size #4 willow blade.  Runs very smooth in the water!

1/4oz red weight

Black and white shirt with a red  1/4oz weight and a size  3/0 hook.  #4 willow blade #3 colorado blade.

Lures for sale.

I would like to start off first with a huge thank you to everyone who has commented on my posts lately. With that being said I am very interested in selling the spinner baits that I have made. If you are interested in buying any of them please comment me your email address and I will be glad to get in touch with you. Right now I am selling them for $4 each. I am planning on making many more now that I have the ability to make my own skirts. Also I can make numerous color schemes for the skirt and weighted head if anyone is interested. Yellow spinnerbait

First one with homemade skirt. Also powder coated the spoons to see how well it looks in the water.

Blue 1/4 weight with 3/0 hook SOLD

Blue skirt with metallic purple spacer beads. Size 5 willow blade.

Will add a blue shirt to this later but for now this was a test on adding powder coat paint to the hammered out spoons.

Purple skirt yellow bead

Size 1 hook with purple skirt. Cut colorado blades sizes 3 and 4.

Blue bead with willow leaf

White and black skirt with a blue steel bead. Cut metal to form a size 3 1/2 willow leaf. Still using a size 1 hook.

Homemade willow leaf spoon

Cut down sheet metal to make willow leaf spoon. Added more weight for the head.

Revamp of previous

This is a different look of a previous spinner that I made. Added 2 new spoons for more color.

Purple with silver spoons

Purple skirt with a size 1 hook. Spoons are silver with texture hammered into place.

Only missing the Colorado spoon or maybe putting a willow leaf. Haven't quite decided yet.

My first spinner bait Lure

The fun begins...

Recently I have found the sheer pleasure of making my own spinner bait lures. It started with seeing a YouTube video from the Uk on how to make your own Lures. As an avid fisherman who recently got into bass fishing sees how expensive baits and lures can get. It gives me great pleasure in knowing that the fish I just caught was one lure I personally made myself. From that I have grown into actually making my own. I plan on showing how to make your own Spinner baits as well as selling the ones I make. Currently I have only made a couple of lures but I know with this blog I will keep myself very well entertained. I also plan on posting where you will be able to find the material you'll need to make your own. I do hope you enjoy reading my blog and seeing the end result. I plan on posting my first photos soon.
